How do I join my video consultation?
Joining your call is simple. No downloads are required!
A few minutes before your scheduled appointment, just log in to your Breathy account and go to the 'Appointments' section in your dashboard. You will see a 'Join Call' button next to your upcoming appointment. Click it to enter the secure video room.
What if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your scheduled appointment time, the consultation is generally considered complete and is non-refundable. This is because the doctor's time was reserved exclusively for you.
We send you reminders to help prevent this! If you know you can't make it, please try to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. For full details, please read our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment directly from your 'Appointments' dashboard. Find the appointment and look for the 'Cancel' or 'Reschedule' options.

Where is my prescription after the video call?
Immediately after your consultation, your doctor will write and digitally sign your prescription. It will be automatically uploaded to your 'Health Records' section in your dashboard.
You can then view, download, or share it anytime.
