How to Use Breathy 🤔

Getting started with Breathy is simple! Here’s a quick guide.

1. Finding a Doctor 🧑‍⚕️

Use the search bar on the homepage or the dedicated search page. Enter a specialty (e.g., "Dermatologist"), doctor's name, or clinic name.
Allow location access or enter your city/area to find doctors near you.
Browse the search results. You'll see key information like experience, consultation fees, and ratings.
Click on a doctor's profile to view their detailed qualifications, services, clinic locations, photos, and available time slots.

On the doctor's profile, select the service you need (like “In-Clinic Visit“ or “Video Consultation“).
Choose an available date and time slot from their calendar.
Review your details (or add details for a family member, if applicable).
Proceed to the secure payment gateway (like Razorpay, Cashfree) to confirm your booking.
Once payment is successful, you'll see a confirmation screen in the app, and you'll receive details via SMS/Email (depending on your settings).

Dashboard: Your main hub after logging in. See upcoming appointments, quick access cards, and profile status.
My Appointments: Find all your past and upcoming appointments here. You can join video calls, get clinic directions, or view prescriptions linked to appointments.
Health Records: Securely upload, view, and manage your medical documents like prescriptions and lab reports. Access them anytime.
Profile: Keep your essential details (Date of Birth, Blood Group, Allergies, Medications, City, Email) up-to-date. Access this via the dashboard or bottom navigation.

Navigate to "My Appointments" a few minutes before your scheduled video consultation.
Find the appointment and click the "Join Call" button.
Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
Grant camera and microphone permissions to your browser when prompted.
You'll enter a secure video call room. The doctor will join shortly.
